On Monday, Steyr Automotive welcomed 40 new apprentices to its training centre, 23 of whom will be trained directly for Steyr Automotive and 17 for partner companies in the region. The young talents are starting their training in a wide range of exciting occupational fields – from operational logistics and automotive engineering to machining technology. That everything is new for the prospective skilled workers since Monday is clear, but the training centre is also celebrating a premiere: They are training their very first application developers this year!
Across all age groups, the Steyr Automotive training centre currently trains over 160 apprentices.
