Steyr Automotive intends to take over the special-body business of M-U-T

 

With the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, M-U-T Maschinen-Umwelttechnik-Transportanlagen GmbH and Steyr Automotive GmbH reached an agreement under which M-U-T’s special-body business is to be transferred to Steyr Automotive in the course of an asset deal.

 

Both sides are aiming to conclude the deal before the summer.
