ROTO MUT rotary drum structures
The ROTO MUT, ROTO MUT mini and ROTO MUT flex rotary drum superstructures offer reliable solutions for the collection of residual waste, organic waste, mixed waste and wet fractions, where clean compaction and tight container guidance are crucial.
Whether electrically or hydraulically operated, our rotating drums are compatible with chassis from all established suppliers and are also available as trailer versions if required. Robust, compact and flexible, they ensure efficient emptying and smooth operations in daily use.

ROTO MUT flex
The ROTO MUT rotating drum principle has proven particularly effective in the collection of wet household waste and similar commercial waste. In addition to ideal compaction of the waste, the rotation also ensures that liquids in the waste are bound and the collected waste is homogenised. In all ROTO MUT superstructures, only stainless steel is used for components that come into contact with waste. This makes our vehicles particularly robust and durable.

The ROTO MUT flex, the trailer-based rotary drum attachment from Steyr, transforms your tractor into a modern waste collection vehicle! Ideal for farmers and municipal service providers who use their tractors flexibly – whether for winter service or now also for organic waste collection. The ROTO MUT flex is compatible with all common tractor types from 80 hp. A 3-pin socket in accordance with DIN 9680 is required. The minimum requirement for the PTO shaft is 500 rpm. Standard speeds: 540E, 1,000. Recommended: 1,000.

ABRA bin washing system
The ROTO MUT really comes into its own when dealing with wet and organic waste: the closed rotating drum prevents odours and liquids from escaping.
With MUT ABRA, this system becomes the perfect hygiene solution: the integrated rotating washing heads automatically clean 2- and 4-wheel containers during the tour – with hot water up to 90 °C and powerful high pressure. Lids and interior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned in a single operation, which reduces odours and noticeably improves the quality of municipal collection.
For hard-to-remove dirt, a manual washing lance is also available for external cleaning. Despite its powerful performance, it is quick and easy to operate – ideal for municipal companies that want to reliably ensure hygiene, efficiency and a clean working environment.

MUT EcoLift
The fully electric MUT EcoLift lifts, tips and empties all standard 2-wheel and 4-wheel containers in accordance with EN 840 – quietly, cleanly and with exceptional energy efficiency. Depending on the application requirements, it is available as a manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic version, making it perfectly adaptable to different route concepts.
The precise electrical control ensures safe, quiet operation and enables ergonomic handling for the team on duty.
